Service Center
An enterprise product website and ecommerce experience designed to make a complex diagnostic toolkit easier to understand, compare, purchase, and upgrade.
The challenge
Service Center serves repair shops, IT teams, system builders, and technical professionals, but the product’s breadth could make its value difficult to communicate quickly. The website also needed to support direct purchases, upgrades, campaigns, product education, and long-term search visibility.
The approach
I connected product marketing, information architecture, UX, SEO, ecommerce, and campaign messaging so visitors could understand who the product was for, what it included, and which buying path made sense.
Key contributions
- Product positioning and page hierarchy
- Website and ecommerce UX
- Upgrade and campaign messaging
- Search-focused content structure
- Conversion paths and purchase support
- Ongoing content and launch coordination
The result
A more cohesive product and store experience built to improve product discovery, customer education, purchasing confidence, and the ability to support future releases and campaigns.
